Purpose: Our operating principles serve as a guide to all decision-making (inside and outside the company) and fosters our company culture to increase our team’s trust, effectiveness and communication.
1. Take Care of Your People
Trust is the foundation of all relationships. We are people of character, committed to our standards and kind in our approach. We seek to do everything we can to lead and serve people, giving praise over punishment.
2. Simplify the Important
Small hinges swing big doors. 80% of outcomes come from 20% of inputs. The key is to identify and focus on the multipliers that move the needle. By simplifying the important, we stop all waste, leverage our resources and multiply our results.
3. Results through Systems
Every result comes through a series of steps - a simple system. The key is to design, control and maintain the best systems to produce the result. To design these systems, we simply isolate and improve each part so it’s simple, fast and effective.
4. Do it Now
Speed is a mindset fundamental to our success. Fast wins compounding over time result in big wins. We each own our own space and operate with immediacy, poise and precision. We follow the order of operations: delete, delegate or do.
